Some short facts about me, for those that are interested.

mugshot :)
  • Male, Danish, October 1981
  • Programming: C/C++, Assembly, Pascal, (to come) Python, LUA. OS: WIN32 & linux.
  • Reverse Engineering: Formerly cracking, skills now focused on defeating malware and writing software protection.
  • Interests in low-level programming; toy OS kernel development, windows internals, drivers, software protection.
  • Non-computer: Friends, The Girl™, biking, reading, music, cooking, thinking. And stuff.

I enjoy programming, and hang around at the Win32asm community, the DonationCoder forums as well as alt.lang.asm, comp.lang.asm.x86 and alt.os.development on usenet (my usenet activity is mainly lurking, but I'm there). I'm generally a friendly guy unless insulted, but I don't accept crap. And I am pretty persistant.

You can also catch me on IRC, I frequent efnet where I'm a regular in #win32asm, #compression, #ret and #cracking4newbies. Sometimes I'm a lot on IRC, and sometimes there's long periods where I'm not. If I'm there but don't respond, leave me a message - I use a logging bouncer.

Books, food for the mind. These days I only have time for technical stuff (Effective C++, More Effective C++, Effective STL, C++ Gotchas, Exceptional C++, The C++ Programming Language, The C++ Standard Library, C++ Template, Virtual Machine Design And Implementation In C/C++, Inside Windows 2000). I've enjoyed works by Edgar Allan Poe, Frank Herbert, J.R.R. Tolkien, Douglas Adams, William Gibson and Aldous Huxley, as well as a number books by danish authors.
